This weekend was amazingly productive for knitting. I finished the 2nd sleeve on my Dark and Stormy cardigan! All that is left is the 3 inch wide shawl collar. I need to make it to a shop sometime this week or next to find some buttons to go with it!
When I wasn’t knitting on the cardigan I knitted on the My Hope shawl I’m making for Turtlepurl Yarn’s shop. It will be a sample to display the wonderful yarns she creates! This is being knitted out of her Pillow Talk base, which is a Merino/Cashmere/Nylon blend with a light twist and is super lofty! It’s super squishy! This colorway doesn’t have a name, but is super lovely! This photo really doesn’t do it justice.
You can find her yarns for sale at her Artfire Shop and her Etsy Shop!
I think the My Hope will end up larger than the pattern calls for just because of the large yardage in the skein of yarn (535 yards)! I’m about halfway through the written pattern, but will see where I am as I get closer and figure out the best way to end it.

I love turtlepurl- such a treat!
It’s awesome how you’re tackling big projects right now. What a brilliant blue and I love that green for your shawl.
